Greek and Turkish Art in Zografio High School

Zografio High School, established in Istanbul in 1893, has opened its doors to the exhibition Labyrinth 2012- Shadows and Shapes, where`44 Greek and Turkish artists are displaying their work in the auditorium Dimitrios Frangopoulos until Oct.31.

Many people attended the exhibition to admire the photos, video art, and were also entranced by the modern dance theater piece presented by the group Can Kandara. Afterwards, the visitors had the opportunity to enjoy the view of Keratios accompanied by great musicians, Liliana Moldovan and her student Dogu Kaptaner, in the gala on the top floor.

The opening ceremony was attended by Protopresbyter of the Ecumenical Throne, Dositheos Anagnostopoulos, Greece’s General Consul in Istanbul, Nikos Mathioudakis, re-elected representative of minorities in the General Directorate of Foundations, Lakis Vigas, Education Coordinator, Stavros Gioltzoglou as well as many artists and friends of Zogrario High School.
