Before George Young
‘s good looks and talent got him a ticket to starring in commercials, international films and television shows, the Eurasian Chinese-Greek actor studied Psychology at the University of Southampton as well as Law at the University of Westminster.
Young took some acting courses in-between degrees while staying in New York…and they paid off. He picked up a few recurring roles on television, including “The Pupil” and “The Brian Jackson Show.” He’s also done some modeling, and his feature film debut came in the Bollywood film “Jhootha Hi Sahi.”
Born to a Malaysian Chinese father and Greek-Cypriot mother, the handsome actor has been pursuing his career mostly in Asia, enjoying much success overseas. It doesn’t seem like it will be too long before Hollywood starts calling, however. He does reporting guest spots with the entertainment program E! News, and is currently starring in his first professional play based on the Kevin Spacey film “Swimming with Sharks.”
