Bon Jovi Rocks, But Wants to Rest on Kefalonia

KEFALONIA, Greece – American rock star Jon Bon Jovi spends his summer vacations taking his yacht around the Ionian sea and got so excited by the Greek islands’ and beaches’ natural beauty on this island that that he’s looking to buy a plot of land to build a house.

Together with his family, Bon Jovi traveled all around the Ionian Sea on his luxurious yacht and got fascinated by the seaside areas of the Ionian. According to the Greek lifestyle newspaper Espresso, the 50-year-old celebrity was especially taken with Kefalonia, where the film Corelli’s Mandolin was filmed.

He reportedly asked a local real estate agency of the Skala resort on the southern part of the island, to find an appropriate seaside plot for his family. Residents who visited the famous singer and had a brief talk with him, told the newspaper that Jon Bon Jovi loved their island.
