Greek producer price inflation eased markedly in June, the latest figures from the Hellenic Statistical Authority showed Friday.
Producer prices rose 2.9 percent year-on-year in June, slower than the five percent increase in the previous month. Inflation has been slowing steadily since January, when it was at 7.5 percent.
Producer prices in the domestic market increased 3.2 percent annually during the month, while prices in non-domestic market rose 1.9 percent.
On a monthly basis, the overall produce price index decreased 1.9 percent.
