The two actors will travel cross country to 11 cities in a Whistle-Stop tour to promote “The Campaign” until July 31, with the film hitting theaters on August 10. The comedic duo will be involved in a series of events within each city visited, including attending a baseball game and making a stop at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base.

The scheduled tour is as follows:

July 17: St. Louis

July 18: Dallas/Ft. Worth and Chicago

July 19: Seattle

July 20: San Francisco

July 30: Boston and Toronto

July 31: Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.

“The Campaign” stars Galifianakis as a North Carolina congressional candidate duking it out with Ferrell in a comedic battle for political office. The film is directed by Jay Roach of “Meet the Fockers,” who has also directed various other Hollywood comedies.
