Greek Journalist Konstantinos Bogdanos Attacked by Hooded Men

Konstantinos Bogdanos, TV presenter hosting an informative show on the Greek Channel SKAI, was attacked and beaten up in downtown Athens sometime after midnight.
The Greek journalist was attacked by three strangers who began beating him without obvious reason. The three men threw him to the ground and started punching and kicking him.
Bogdanos covered his face in order to avoid severe injuries to his head so he cannot identify the offenders. He managed to see only one of them, who, unfortunately, had a black helmet on. His beating lasted for more than 5 minutes.
Some policemen patrolling the area noticed the incident and headed over to the journalist, but the men had already run away. Bogdanos was taken to the hospital with bruises all over his body and a broken hand.
The journalist told the media he is not sure whether it was a personal attack or not. “The three bullies did not mention a specific reason for the severe beating,” stated SKAI through a press release. However, Bogdanos said he heard only some words being said while they were beating him that were referring to the Memorandum and SKAI.
