World's Most Expensive Hotel Room is in Greece

We might have been the center of attention for endangering EU financial stability and being on the brink of political and economic collapse for the last few years, but there are still many things that make us distinguishable and praiseworthy – Greece has the honor of offering the most expensive hotel room in the world.
According to Lonely Planet travel magazine and the British newspaper Daily Telegraph, which host a list of the top 10 expensive hotels, the “Royal Villa” of Grand Resort Lagonissi is the most expensive hotel room in the world with the accommodation cost amounting to 38,000 Euros per night.
Apart from the name, this Villa is royal in every other aspect as well. Consisting of three bedrooms, the Royal Villa has two pools – one on the inside and the other on the outside, which is heated. Some of its highlights are the steam room, private beach, butler, chef, fireplace, and piano with a pianist!
The 410sq. resort has a 640 sq. garden, two huge bathrooms, and according to the hotel’s official website:

The Royal Villa has a business center with wired  and wireless high-speed Internet access, laptop, fax machine, printer, scanner and a video phone. Further amenities include a separate bar area with fully equipped kitchenette and grill as well as BBQ facilities by the outdoor heated pool. Additional features include in-room safe box, plasma screen television, video-on-demand, separate glass enclosed shower/steam bath in each marble bathroom, fireplace in the bedroom, wooden walk-in closet, private massage area with a massage-table, remote controlled mattresses and curtains, heated floors and private parking area.
A large private wooden terrace opens to stunning sunrise views and accommodate a heated pool with hydro massage and counter current device. Exclusive feature is the private path leading to the beach and a private deck at sea level.

The hotel room offers every imaginable amenity, but the cost may not be so alluring.
