The District Commissioner of Crete, Stavros Arnaoutakis, met with Ukrainian investors in Kiev, who showed an interest in the Greek tourism sector and Cretan products.
Both Ukrainian investors and the District Commissioner of Kiev said that they are going to visit Crete in May in order to examine the potential cooperation and investments in Cretan products.
While in Kiev, the District Commissioner of Crete, Stavros Arnaoutakis, gave interviews on five TV Channels of Kiev promoting investment perspectives offered in Crete.
During his talk, Stavros Arnaoutakis presented the history, culture, tourism and agricultural development of Crete, emphasizing the hospitality of the Cretan society and its open-minded population.
Moreover, Arnaoutakis emphasized that Crete is an attractive place for investments since the quality of Cretan products is irreplaceable.
Arnaoutakis visited Kiev on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of Kiev District. During the celebration events the Cretan traditional spirit and Cretan dances were presented.
