According to the Greek newspaper ‘Ethnos.gr’, Greek police authorities have warned of possible terrorist attacks against the political system in Greece, sparking a security alarm in the capital with additional deployments of police patrols.
The government is aware of such information and has taken special measures. Security measures are always at a state of the utmost readiness. Politicians and representatives of the Greek Government are under surveillance.
The last terrorist attack was against the Greek Citizen Protection Minister Michalis Chrisohoidis in 2010, when his personal security chief was killed when a bomb disguised as a gift exploded inside his ministry.
