An exhibition will be held, marking 170 years of the National Bank of Greece, and presenting the history of the first financial and credit institution in the country, running through three different centuries, from 1841 to the present day, and how its course paralleled the progress of the Greek State.
The artworks and archival material displayed are from the Art Collection and the History Archive of the National Bank of Greece and highlight the multifaceted contribution the Bank has made to the public and private sector of this country, in particular the Bank’s multifaceted cultural and social contributions.
