PM George Papandreou contacted the President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barosso via telephone earlier in the afternoon to inform him of the latest developments and news concerning the Greek debt in view of the coming EU Summit.
Mr. Papandreou and Mr. Barosso discussed the recent financial developments both in Europe and Greece, the preparations to be made before the EU Summit, and referred to matters of knowledge transfer supporting the workings of NSRF.
