Another dead careta-careta turtle was found at the beach of Katakolo in Ilia. The unlucky animal has no bumps or signs of abuse leaving the cause of death still unknown.
Early this morning, the last of September’s tourists found the sea turtle on the coast, slightly moving in the water and initially thought it was alive, but upon closer inspection realized it was dead.
According to the preliminary indications, it was a young careta-careta.
