Victoria Looks for Qualified Greek Workforce

The Ministry of Immigration in Australia is going to organize informative events under the name of “Australian Job Expo” in Athens (8th and 9th of October), in which Victoria State will take part.

The main target of this organization is to attract qualified Greek workers in order to engage actively in jobs that are on demand in Australia.

The Victorian Minister for Employment and Industrial Relations, Richard Dalla-Riva after a relevant question having been asked by the Labor Member of Parliament, Giannis Pantazopoulos has stated in “Neos Kosmos” newspaper:

“The representative of Victoria State will be a senior Cabinet Member. The Cabinet of Victoria State recognizes that there are qualified people in Greece, with a sufficient knowledge of the English language that wish to work in Australia.

The government of the National/Liberal federation pursues the arrival to Australia for those fulfilling the terms. The newcomers could strengthen Victoria’s workforce, economy and above all its multicultural society”.
