A Greek butcher, Tony Tadaglia, from Kefallonia managed broke records and won the King of Sausages Award.
Tony owns a butcher shop in the region of Greythorn in Melbourne and has won 3 awards, due to secret recipes from North Greece.
Many butchers take part in this competition every year, that is being organized by the Australian Council of Butchers.
“Tony has won three awards and that was something unexpectable”, Tony’s wife stated concerning the competition.
Three butchers usually win 3 awards and not only one butcher all the three of them. The 1st award was given to the “cheese-sausage”, the second to the so-called “eastern-sausage” and the third to the “wine-and-pepper-sausage.
Tony’s sausages have gained the attention of the customers. Customers all around Melbourne visit him and buy his sausages.
