Nova Gets Broadcasting Rights for Superleague

The Greek broadcaster Nova, part of the Forthnet group, and Superleague signed an agreement for the audiovisual rights to the Hellenic football championship until summer 2015. The agreement covers the rights to broadcast the matches of all the football clubs participating in the Hellenic football championship.
According to an official statement, the extended cooperation will include all teams and games under the SuperLeague collective, with broadcasting rights for TV, radio, internet, and mobile transmission, over a territory covering Greece, Cyprus and Albania. The cumulative contractual cost over the 2011 – 2015 period amounts to €177,400,000.
