Hania, has been voted as the “Best Tourist Destination” by the readers of the renowned travel magazine “Condé Nast Traveller”. The award was received by the mayor, Manolis Skoulakis, during a special event held at Lagonisi on Wednesday 13 July 2011, at 20:30 am.
Present at the event was Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism, George Nikitiadis, the chairman of the Association of Greek Tourist Enterprises, Andrew Andreadis, and a number of representatives involved in tourism.
