According to “The Age”, Greek-Australian Socrates Vasiliadis decided to sell his luxurious house, which has been empty for more than three years. The owner will earn more than 30 million dollars, which is about 23 million Euros. If he sells it at that price, it will become the most expensive house in Victoria.
The record belongs to a house which was sold at Portsea for 26 million dollars, while the previous record belonged to a Greek owner as well. The luxurious mansion is located in the most expensive suburb of Melbourne and all of Australia.
The mansion has 22 bedrooms, a small theatre, a gym, a swimming pool, gardens, etc. The Greek owner of this house lived in it only for six days. Vasiliadis is engaged in investments in mines and recently in extraction of natural resources in central Africa.
