At a time when a large number of Greek companies are trying to survive by lowering the salaries or/and benefits of their employees, research argues that when a company invests in its people it will succeed long-term profitability.
The Great Place to Work Institute in collaboration withe the Alba Graduate Business School highlighted 20 companies with the best working environment in Greece. The number of companies participating in the annual survey of 2011 was relatively small, especially in a year of massive economic downturns.
These awards are just the first step of acknowledgement. Each year the “European Great Place to Work” is awarded and Greece earns 2-3 of them every year.

- Genesis Pharma
- Data Communication

- Melissa Kikizas
- Amgen Hellas
- British American Tobacco Hellas
