Crete is going to take advantage of Sweden’s tourism market, by being present at TUR, which is the country’s leading trade fair for the tour and travel industry and will take place from the 24th until the 27th of March, in Goteborg. Greece will participate in the exhibition with its stall “Kalimera Greekland”, and is organized by North Events. The Swedish market is one of the most important for Greece, as the nation has more than 500,000 Swedish visitors every year in Greece. Crete has programmed many interesting events, in cooperation with other exhibitors from Greece. It should be mentioned that in last year’s TUR fair, more than 112 countries participated from all over the world. About 20,000 people visited the exhibition.
