Greek Gastronomy Festival in Paris

The 1st Greek Gastronomy Festival will be launched in the heart of the French capital, Paris, on March 1st. On the initiative of GNTO France offices and the participation of four regions (Corfu, Crete, Rhodes and wider Ηalkidhiki Region) the French will have a unique opportunity to uncover with the secrets of Greek cuisine and enjoy recipes created by Chefs from specific regions of Greece.
For five weeks, starting on the 1st of March and closing on March 31st, Greek recipes recommended by Greek chefs in collaboration with the famous chef (in France and Greece), Dina Nicolaou will be incorporated into the menus of Greek and French renowned restaurants, participating in the event. Greek recipes will also be part of two UNESCO restaurants for the duration of one week and during the Greek Gastronomy month.
The Greek Cuisine month is to be concluded with the presence of Greece in the French iDTGV, for an entire week, and specifically for the destinations of the four major cities in France, starting from Paris (Lyon, Bordeaux, Lille and Marseilles) which means that over 100.000 passengers will be familiarized with Greek recipes.
During their journey, passengers will be informed through printed materials on Greece and taste some of the products to be presented at the gastronomy festival.
