The Italian Cultural Institute of New York in cooperation with the General Consulate of Greece in New York, organized a rare exhibition dedicated to Maria Callas. The Stavros Niarchos Foundation is the sponsor of the vast exhibition.
Twenty- two costumes, thirty pieces of jewelery and thirty photos of the famous Greek soprano and opera singer, Maria Callas will be exhibited at the Italian Cultural Institute of New York. The Institute is located at 686 Park Avenue, Manhattan. The exhibition coined: “Maria Callas: A Woman, A Voice, A Myth”, will open on Wednesday, March 2nd.
