Nine people died due to the influenza H1N1. This increases the number of fatalities in Greece to forty-five. Nineteen new cases were reported today. One-hundred-and-four Greeks are now hospitalized throughout the country. Among them are three children in critical condition.
The influenza is expected to reach its peak during the following days. The Ministry of Health emphasized the need for hygiene, vaccination. The Ministry urged patients to receive medication as soon as possible in order to reduce virus activity.
