Botanical gardens will be placed on the northern side of the archaeological site of ancient Olympia. The Central Archaeological Council approved the study. It aims at planting plants that belong to the flora of this area once again. A year ago, the study had been proposed to the CAC, but was rejected. The National Agricultural Research Foundation is responsible for the supervision and the scientific research of the project.
