Exhibition for the Greek speaking World in the Greek Museum of Melbourne

An exhibition entitled Millenia is presented in the Greek Museum of Melbourne until 10th December 2010.

The exhibition is about the 4000 years of the Greek speaking World’s history in three continents.

The exhibition uses the Peter Mitrakas’ collection of Cypriot vessels and Dean Kalimnios’ collection of Greek coins, as well as objects from the collections of the Greek Museum. The exhibition begins from the years of Alexander the Great until the modern times and tries to answer some questions about Greece and Greeks.
