Greek fashion designer Chara Lebessi accepted the invitation of the ambassador of Greece in Belgrade, Mr Stoides and was hosted for the second time at the Belgrade Fashion Nights and the Greek fashion night earlier this month. Belgrade Fashion Nights is an event that is being held the past 15 years and presents the work of various fashion designers from many European countries such as France, Italy, Spain, Greece.
In the past years, many famous designers have presented their collections at Belgrade Fashion Nights. Among them are also designers such as Sergio Rossi, Emporio Armani, Dior, Gattinoni, La Perla, Thierry Mugler, Calvin Klein, Max Mara, Gaspard Jurkievich and Jose Miro.
This year, after the Italian presentation, who had as a representative Blumarine, Greece was represented by Chara Lebessi who presented her Winter Collection 2010-11.
The collection was fantastic, characterised as “luxurious”. The designer gave emphasis on the fabrics used and the style. The shoes were special support by Vassilis Emanuel Zoulias.
The fashion show had been a great success. There were many famous personalities present as well as more than 80 journalists.
