200,000 new homes remain unsold

Real estates market in Greece is going through its most serious crisis over the last five years, Greek Vima daily writes.
There is around 50% – 70% downturn in the demand compared to five years ago, the prices are falling down and more than 200,000 new homes remain unsolved.
Around 40% of these buildings are located at the shore.
Meanwhile, bankers are keeping the taps closed for home credits, while experts think that the crisis at the real estate market will continue for more than three years.
