The loyal customers of Oakleigh Quality Cakes will be pleased to know that a new section to the already popular store will be open towards the end of the month.
Being one of Melbourne’s highly acclaimed Greek attractions for over 20 years, the store has become a household brand name that “customers can trust and have faith in,” says employee Denise Poupouzas.
This has prompted the business to expand. Denise also said that it’s an opportunity that may “add something unique to the area and we’re sure it will attract many people to the store.” Just like the uniqueness of their chocolate filled loukoumades.
The surrounding community (who are not only of Greek origin), who are looking for a taste of Greece are just as much fans of ‘Niko’s’ as are the Greek community. This is because it’s a place where customers can relax with the best frappe in Melbourne (as rated by Neos Kosmos). It is also where we can all enjoy rare, special occasions in bliss with their prepared to perfection wedding cakes.
As a future prospect, Oakleigh Quality Cakes wishes to get involves in the annual Antipodes Festival, hopefully by 2011.
