Australian sails across Greek Corinth Canal on bike

Australian stuntman Robbie Maddison, 28, has performed his most death-defying stunt to date, an 85-metre jump over the Corinth Canal in Greece!
The Red Bull X-Fighter cleared the ravine which separates the Peloponnesian peninsula from the Greek mainland in a spectacular jump.
Failure was not an option!
“Jumping across the Corinth Canal became in my mind a challenge I just could not resist,” he said.
“This jump involved the highest consequences I have faced so far, so the first obstacle I had to overcome was my fear.”
The daredevil has already jumped across Tower Bridge in London and, after adding the Corinth Canal to his list of accomplishments, is now thinking about his next challenge!
“I believe you have to take risks in life to become wiser and facing a challenge like this will help get me ready for the next feat I will face.
“I am thrilled I managed to pull it off – as you know there is only one opportunity to get it right!”
