Several Greek events are taking place in Chicago this week. Last Thursday Greek-owned Earth Friendly Products opened the largest green commercial facility in Illinois. The next day, the Blackhawks hockey team celebrated the Stanley Cup win with Greek-American Adam Burish being one of the champs. Later on that day, Greek America’s three day weekend kicked off with a lavish welcoming reception.
